OLG Ontario: what you can use and conditions

In Ontario, OLG offers live casino games, PROLINE+ betting and a current Sign Up & Bet Get casino bonus. The bonus has age, residency, wagering and time conditions; identity verification also involves documents.

The current Sign Up & Bet Get offer gives you a C$250 Casino Bonus when you sign up and bet C$25 on casino games within 14 days. OLG is operated by Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation, and its regulator is the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.

The bonus is conditional, rather than an unrestricted cash credit. Check these requirements before opting in:

• Eligibility: you must be 19+, a resident of Ontario and physically in the province at opt-in and when playing. Only new accounts qualify.
• Wagering: the terms specify a 10x Wager Requirement. A wagering requirement sets how much qualifying play a bonus requires before withdrawal.
• Time limit: the terms specify 14 days (336 hours), so consider the deadline alongside the wagering requirement before accepting.

The offer suits an eligible new player who already intends to play casino games; it is less suitable if you want a bonus without wagering conditions. For the broader assessment, read our OLG review.

OLG’s Ontario live casino games include auto Roulette, Infinite BlackJack and Ultimate Texas Hold'em. For sports betting, PROLINE+ offers Same Game Parlay, which combines selections relating to the same event.

If you include a Same Game Parlay within another parlay, it counts as one selection in that larger wager. If any selection within the Same Game Parlay is void, the entire Same Game Parlay is voided and its associated wager is refunded.

That rule matters if you expect the remaining selections to continue after one is voided: the Same Game Parlay does not simply lose that selection. Review the selections together before placing your wager.

Be ready for identity verification: accepted documents include a Valid Ontario Driver’s Licence and a Valid Ontario Photo Card. Have an accepted document ready when you need to verify your identity.

If you need assistance, support is available through Chat and Call. The hours differ by channel and language, so choose the option that fits when you need help:

• Online gaming LiveChat: available 24/7, making it the more flexible option outside phone service hours.
• French chat: offered Weekdays 8 AM to 4 PM (ET), so plan around that window if you need service in French.
• Phone: available 8 AM to Midnight; use Chat outside that window.

The round-the-clock online gaming chat is convenient if you need help late at night, while the narrower French chat hours may be a drawback if that is your preferred service.
