OLG withdrawal time: processing and delays

OLG can usually process your withdrawal within three Business Days after you request it and meet all withdrawal conditions, including any required information or documentation. If processing takes longer, contact support for a status check.

In most circumstances, OLG can process a request to withdraw Unutilized Funds from a Standard Player Account within three Business Days once all withdrawal conditions are met. Processing means handling the withdrawal request; arrival means the money reaches your receiving account.

• Account currency: players in Canada hold their OLG balance in CAD, so read your account balance in that currency when planning a withdrawal.
