How to withdraw from OLG

Withdraw from OLG by electronic bank transfer. Open your Standard Player Account and request a withdrawal of Unutilized Funds; in most circumstances, OLG can process an eligible request within three Business Days.

1. Open your Standard Player Account and request a withdrawal of Unutilized Funds.
2. Use a bank account held by you, either alone or jointly with other persons.

Before requesting it, check these conditions:

• Minimum: the minimum single withdrawal is C$2, so a smaller request is not available.
• Maximum: there is no maximum amount for a single withdrawal.
• Daily limit: you may make only one withdrawal per day.
• Account ownership: the bank account must be held by you, alone or jointly, so you cannot designate another person's account.
• Method and currency: you cannot select another withdrawal method or currency.

The withdrawal method is electronic bank transfer. A credit card deposit cannot be withdrawn back to that credit card. OLG may sometimes return Unutilized Funds by another appropriate means, but that is OLG's decision rather than a method you can select.

In most circumstances, OLG can process the withdrawal within three Business Days after you make the request and satisfy all withdrawal conditions, including providing any information or documentation OLG requires.

Processing is OLG's handling of the request; receipt is when the money reaches your bank account. OLG may refuse a request if it suspects the withdrawal breaches the agreement. If you change your mind, you may cancel the request through your Standard Player Account.

Any payment-method fees are your responsibility. In particular, a credit card issuer may treat funding a Player Account as a cash advance and charge a fee for each such credit card transaction.

• VPN: players in Canada may not use a VPN to access OLG's site, so do not use one when accessing your account.
